Klonkt — open, self-hosted software for musicians.
These terms cover the Klonkt project website (klonkt.com), the supporter verification service (license.klonkt.com), and the Patreon connection. By using them you agree to the following.
Klonkt is open-source software you can run on your own server. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for your own instance, the content you publish, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Certain optional features are unlocked by supporting the project on Patreon. A one-time contribution that reaches the supporter threshold unlocks these features for the lifetime of the account. Payments are handled entirely by Patreon and are subject to Patreon's own terms; refunds follow Patreon's policy. The core of Klonkt remains free and open for everyone.
Don't use these services to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to bypass or abuse the supporter verification, or disrupt the service for others.
To the extent permitted by law, Klonkt and its maker are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or services. Your sole remedy is to stop using them.
